Kitchen Renovation at Al Warqa Dubai

This villa located in the Al Warqa area of Dubai was revamped by Renovation Experts through Kitchen remodeling services. To have more room in the kitchen, our team skillfully planned and remodeled the layout of the kitchen as well as the aesthetic to give a spacious, neat and classy vibe. Our client’s major concern was the area of their villa kitchen which was not sufficient to cater their daily needs. We redesigned the entire layout of the kitchen to increase the area for movement as well as storage.

As per our client’s family dynamics, they needed a kitchen that served the purpose for a dining room as well as catered to their family’s need for entertainment. For them kitchen isn’t just the place to prepare a meal, but a place where they interact with their family members and form lifelong memories. Thus, we accommodated their needs into the layout design and incorporated a television in the dining area of the kitchen.

To elevate the look of the villa, we decided on a modern theme with monochromatic, cool neutral palette and picked white as the base color for the refurbishment.

White kitchens are timeless and classic! Light-colored walls and cabinets tend to make the room look airier, spacious and brighter as they don’t absorb light, instead they reflect it. White paint has a positive effect on mood because it looks sanitary and neat.

Our company believes only in building with the highest quality materials which are durable and long-lasting. For this kitchen remodeling project, we used solid wood with deco paint over it to ensure the longevity of the renovations. All the cabinets and drawers have top quality hinges to open and slide smoothly.

The functionality of this open kitchen was considerably improved by installing top-notch integrated kitchen appliances like microwave, oven, stove etc during the renovations.

For a better visual impact of the kitchen, the cabinets were made with glass fronts. Although fully- wooden cabinets look chic too, they tend to give an illusion of a blocked area because of their opaqueness. Since our clients required every element to contribute to airiness of the kitchen, we installed glass and wooden cabinets.

The beautifully designed media wall has a built in divider which offers plenty storage and space for showcasing decoration items. We installed a television for all the times that our client would want to have dinner by themselves and relax while watching a nice movie.

To add convenience, a wide sink was installed in the middle of the counter with great surface area on both the sides. This helps in managing the prep-work for cooking as well as for easy cleaning afterwards.

Lighting is one of the most important factors to consider for a vibrant and energetic home. To add to the idea of an open kitchen, a wide glass door on one side of the kitchen was installed which would act as a great source of light in the daytime. Throughout the ceiling, appropriate lights are installed that brighten up the kitchen as per need.

The presence of dining island in kitchen gives you the opportunity to socialize with your friends and family while you prepare a nutritious meal for them. The dining area is also equipped with charging ports so you can recharge your devices and gadgets while working in the kitchen without worrying about any water spilling on your gadgets.
